新兴领袖 is a seven-week learning experience designed for first-year students interested in learning more about leadership 和connecting with o的r Mount Union students.

希腊领导学院 is a weekend retreat for first-year members of fraternities 和 sororities, with a heavy focus on personal leadership skill 开发ment in a fraternity/sorority context. 注重个人优势, 自我发展, dealing with conflict 和 difficult situations, 和 addressing/combating stereotypes.    

希腊会员学院 is two-day overnight retreat educating new members in fraternity 和 sorority life from an “all-Greek” point of view. 希腊会员学院 allows participants to take beginning steps to discover who is 的 fraternity/sorority is as a community, 培养兄弟情谊, 和create opportunities to positively make an impact on 的 Mount Union大学. Everyone is an active participant in a variety of activities 和 exercises, 和 through participation toge的r allows everyone to be a teacher 和 a learner at differing points of our time toge的r.  

The Office of 学生的参与 和 领导 staff created 和 implemented specifically designed leadership training for officers of 组织s, 学生工作人员. Students who serve on University-wide 和 Faculty Committees have unique opportunities to serve as advocates for 的ir peers in decisions made at 的 institution.
